This past Saturday, the entries (126) for this year’s homebrew competition were judged.
Everyone was impressed with the caliber of this year’s entries, noting lots of hops and experimentation, not to mention quite a few beers made with wild yeast and bacteria.
The winner will be announced this Sunday at 3 p.m. during All Stouts Day at the Eccentric Cafe.
